Recently when I went golfing after some time off of the golf course, I had to use a regular 3 wood, which is not as flexible as the "women's" club. I was astounded that I didn't have to struggle with it. What's more, I was hitting better and stronger than before – a full 20 yards further! I attribute this to the many the strength challenges Meghan has thrown at me as we've worked together.

I have been working with Meghan for over a year now, I don't know where to start about how amazing she is. She quickly identified some issues with my shoulders and back, and worked to develop a strength program to work on those areas. Her knowledge of boxing, movement, anatomy, kinesiology seems to be without limits. I fell in love almost right away with working with clubs and maces, and have not stopped since I picked them up. Thank you Meghan, would not be the same world without you.
