What Clients Say

My sincere thanks, Meghan, for your well planned, diverse weekly half-hour fitness sessions you provided for me for some time. I believe I have made good progress due to your expertise in personal training, and very much enjoyed our sessions together.
I wish you well in your future endeavors, as I'm sure your diligent nature will ensure success.

I’ve been working with Meghan for over 3 years, and I’m extremely grateful that she is always changing and adapting my program to where I currently am in life.  If there’s pain that needs to be addressed it’s considered with empathy, patience and knowledge, and if there is an interest, I’m curious about, her enthusiasm pushes me forward into learning more. We’ve continued to progress very well in spite of the “new normal” transition to on-line training.

The dedication Meghan has for breathing and bracing properly prior to weightlifting is impressive.  She’s always learning, experimenting, and then teaching.  The time she has spent on each step has allowed me to incorporate it into other areas, which has helped with my overall fitness.  It’s been a journey, sometimes up and sometimes down, but I know my technique and fitness level has vastly improved over these 3 years because of her hard work.  On top of all of this, it’s always a fun challenge!!
