I have learned so much from Meghan. I am a senior with an auto-immune form of arthritis that has compromised me physically for several years. However, thanks to Meghan’s patient and targeted instruction I am regaining control of muscles I had forgotten existed. I am stronger and better coordinated and am learning to integrate into my daily routines the movements that I practice with Meghan in the gym. What a discovery! If I use the muscles of my side and shoulder as well as my arm and wrist, window washing is so much easier!
