When I started seeing Meghan before my hip replacement, she helped me get stronger in my upper body. Frankly, I would have taken a lot longer to make it out of chairs post-surgery otherwise! Now that the hip has been replaced, I'm moving more smoothly than ever and I've surpassed my previous level of functioning.
