What Clients Say

After my first kickboxing conditioning class with Meghan, I was hooked and have been taking her class ever since. Meghan is patient and accommodating, and she makes working out fun! I’ve had other martial arts instructors before, and she’s definitely one of my favourites!

I’ve been working with Meghan for over 3 years, and I’m extremely grateful that she is always changing and adapting my program to where I currently am in life.  If there’s pain that needs to be addressed it’s considered with empathy, patience and knowledge, and if there is an interest, I’m curious about, her enthusiasm pushes me forward into learning more. We’ve continued to progress very well in spite of the “new normal” transition to on-line training.

The dedication Meghan has for breathing and bracing properly prior to weightlifting is impressive.  She’s always learning, experimenting, and then teaching.  The time she has spent on each step has allowed me to incorporate it into other areas, which has helped with my overall fitness.  It’s been a journey, sometimes up and sometimes down, but I know my technique and fitness level has vastly improved over these 3 years because of her hard work.  On top of all of this, it’s always a fun challenge!!
