Meghan knows my body very well; the exercises she offers me make sense. She is ready to change her approach if I find the exercises are excessively difficult. I feel a new comfort with my body.

We bought bags of sea soil from Costco yesterday. They are heavy and I have struggled to carry them in past years... yesterday no problem to pick them up, carry them up the back stairs and across the back yard. I felt strong!! Thank you for the great workouts that always challenge us!
