After following the program Meghan gave me, I was able to walk around the PNE all day without having to stop and sit down like I've had to do in the past. Even better, recently I did the Diamond Head climb in Hawaii with some friends. When we did the same climb a few years ago, I was huffing and puffing the whole way, and this year I felt great at the top!

I can't tell you how much I LOVE the Saturday morning class. I love sweating like that. The pace makes the time go so quickly, and there are always modifications so you can choose how hard you want to work out! It wakes me up and sets the day beautifully!
