Meghan is an intuitive trainer with a keen eye and incredible attention to detail – traits not easily found in the fitness industry – which is precisely why I chose to work with her.
Over the last 2 months I have participated in her online Unwind classes, and boy, has it made a difference! My goals were to work on breathing, T spine mobility, and flexibility.
I’m now able to go deeper into my squats, while maintaining a strong upper back position. I am more aware of my breath, and what to do to correct faulty breathing patterns. I am gaining a better understanding of my body with each class.
I look forward to continuing with Meghan so that I can translate this newly improved breathing ability into more upright and functional positions.
