I’m a long-time runner who wanted to improve my pace. Following Meghan’s advice has helped me to pick up my pace by a full mile an hour recently, from 5 MPH to 6 MPH… although losing a few pounds didn’t hurt either! After dialling up the intensity through hill repeats and using my heart rate monitor, I’m working in the same heart rate range, but now I can sustain it for longer. I hope to hit 7 MPH within a few months.
