You’re making it make sense to me in a way that none of this ever has before. It’s like a revelation. I’ve literally, like, my whole life… I’ve been in dance class; I’ve been in yoga class; I’ve been in Pilates. Everyone’s said, "Move your shoulder blades down your spine," and I’m, like…"huh?"

Now I feel like I have shoulder blades that I control. I’m really starting to feel the difference. That greater stability is wonderful.
