I have enjoyed my time with you while my regular trainer was away. I
deeply appreciate your finding the time to develop my fitness and it has
been a real learning experience; you have a highly developed awareness of
strong bodies and fitness.

Meghan is excellent at what she does.

I recently started working with her after a decade of not exercising and poor nutrition. In the past I have started big, ambitious fitness plans and never stick with them. Working with Meghan feels different. She has an incredible understanding of kinesiology and is sharing that with me so I can make deliberate and incremental improvements.

From our sessions I am getting tools that are matched to exactly what I need and can use at my current level of budget, fitness, health, and time-constrained lifestyle. Rather than a one-size-fits all program that I would start but inevitably quit I am being supported on a path to connect with and take care of my body in whatever way I chose moving forward.

Learning from a strong, capable and supportive woman inspires me and I would recommend her to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.
