I hate to think what I would do or where I would be without Meghan's expert help! I honestly think I would be in a walker by now. Even at my age, I'm getting stronger, and she's helped reduce the pain level in my shoulder to the point that it's often pain-free. Meghan's training makes a huge difference to my quality of life.
