Recently when I went golfing after some time off of the golf course, I had to use a regular 3 wood, which is not as flexible as the "women's" club. I was astounded that I didn't have to struggle with it. What's more, I was hitting better and stronger than before – a full 20 yards further! I attribute this to the many the strength challenges Meghan has thrown at me as we've worked together.

Meghan knows my body very well; the exercises she offers me make sense. She is ready to change her approach if I find the exercises are excessively difficult. I feel a new comfort with my body.
