I came to Meghan to learn about kettlebells so I could change up my routine. I'm used to lifting heavy (315 lb. chest press PR), but these things kick my a@%! She won't let you put them down until she says you're done, at which point your heart is pounding and your muscles are burning. The kettlebells have helped me run faster without any running-specific training, and they give a great full-body workout. We're literally mopping up the floor when I'm done.

YES, finally I can feel that I am getting past the aches and pains in my hips, ankles and achilles/heels.  Your assessments, together with a variety of progressive home/gym exercises and stretches have lessened the pain and stiffness.  Our sessions keep me committed and give me feedback on how much progress has been made since we started.
