What Clients Say

I'm in Alberta, so sessions from Meghan are online -- and I'm totally impressed with the way she can see what's going on with muscle groups, posture, and skeletal alignment even onscreen. As well, she has great knowledge of physiology and how to avoid muscle strain: that's helping with my fibromyalgia. Meghan's an expert and inspiring teacher!

Morning! Wanted to thank you again for all your careful work with me these past months. I spent 6 hours in my garden yesterday -- weeding, digging up and moving plants etc. etc. Thought for sure I'd pay for it after with a wiped-out back. But my back is fine! A little stiff everywhere (also from Saturday workout) but no back pain. Nice to be able to reap the practical application of my new strength work now. I am motivated to go further!
