Recently when I went golfing after some time off of the golf course, I had to use a regular 3 wood, which is not as flexible as the "women's" club. I was astounded that I didn't have to struggle with it. What's more, I was hitting better and stronger than before – a full 20 yards further! I attribute this to the many the strength challenges Meghan has thrown at me as we've worked together.

I was surprised to run way better the day after doing your on-line Unwind class. I was actually a little sore the same evening afterwards, but the next day, I was able to complete my whole run whereas a few days afterward, I had to stop early because my hips and low back were too sore. The class really felt worth it! Please invoice me for a 10-pack.
