We get excited coming in to see Meghan because we never know what's in store, and we leave positively, happily thrashed. The workouts are so well-crafted that we've been known to smile and say, "That was absolutely superb!"

Meghan's training has been of tremendous benefit. I first sought her help after throwing out my back in early 2012, and she tailored a program for me, concentrating on core strength and building from there. Although I've been using the gym for many years, her guidance, knowledge and personal attention to every aspect of physical training have been invaluable, and brought new enthusiasm and focus to my workouts.
