I have been working with Meghan for over a year now, I don't know where to start about how amazing she is. She quickly identified some issues with my shoulders and back, and worked to develop a strength program to work on those areas. Her knowledge of boxing, movement, anatomy, kinesiology seems to be without limits. I fell in love almost right away with working with clubs and maces, and have not stopped since I picked them up. Thank you Meghan, would not be the same world without you.

I still run into people who haven't seen me in a while. They always make a remark about my new shape. My attitude towards my body has certainly been revolutionized, as I'm very proud of what I've accomplished and my posture and gait reflect it. One year later, and 50 pounds lighter, my life is totally different than it was. You've been a big part of that. My everlasting gratitude goes to you for helping me find my way.
