I just wanted to tell you that your training had excellent results for my Kilimanjaro climb. I was plenty fit enough and my 51 year old body performed surprisingly well. My back magically recovered in the last week before I left and I ended up being the only woman in our group who carried her pack the whole way up the mountain, and all my other aches and pains went away too! Thanks again for your excellent training and advice.
