I have been working with Meghan for over a year now, I don't know where to start about how amazing she is. She quickly identified some issues with my shoulders and back, and worked to develop a strength program to work on those areas. Her knowledge of boxing, movement, anatomy, kinesiology seems to be without limits. I fell in love almost right away with working with clubs and maces, and have not stopped since I picked them up. Thank you Meghan, would not be the same world without you.

Thanks for the deadlift tips, encouragement and feedback yesterday. I did 375 lbs in your presence, then 425 lbs after, a PB by 25 lbs.
