We bought bags of sea soil from Costco yesterday. They are heavy and I have struggled to carry them in past years... yesterday no problem to pick them up, carry them up the back stairs and across the back yard. I felt strong!! Thank you for the great workouts that always challenge us!

It is a pleasure to work with Meghan and she always knows how to keep things at a comfortable, but challenging level! I am a technical person by nature and Meghan makes it easy for me as she breaks down and explains the movement and technique of each exercise so its easy to apply...even more complex ones.
