I’m a full-time strength coach and NASM-certified nutrition coach. I believe in no pain, all gain, as I help people transform personal barriers into personal bests. Learn from someone who’s overcome functional scoliosis and a sprained lumbar spine to achieve a documented double-bodyweight deadlift… which was done entirely beltless (!).
What you won’t get while working with me: Empty click bait and promises of instant fixes (although with pain reduction, magic can and does happen quickly for about 7 out of 10 people).
What you will get from working with me: Steady progressions for extraordinary results.
First, we’ll work together to determine your correct starting point. Too easy, and you’re bored. Too hard, and it’s disheartening.
Next, we’ll establish priorities to keep you gently moving in the direction of your ideal physical self. You’ll tackle and overcome whatever your own barriers are as we steadily move past plateaus and towards personal bests.
We may need to spend some time initially on targeted breathwork to reduce the level of pain signals travelling through your body (and obviously, if you’re in pain, please consult with your own medical professional first!).
Following that, we’ll typically progress through the FMS paradigm of mobility → stability → strength.
