I have some physical limitations that make it difficult to get my heart rate up. Meghan's taught me kettlebell work that is a safe and fun way to do it. She's also given me some creative exercises using an UGI ball to keep my routine from getting stale.

I hate to think what I would do or where I would be without Meghan's expert help! I honestly think I would be in a walker by now.
